How to Get a Great Night's Sleep?

There is no arguing the fact that a good night's sleep can do wonders for both your body and your mind, especially in our Covid-19 pandemic world.  Unfortunately, precious few of us can honestly say that we get enough quality sleep. • Consider removing caffeine from your diet after 4:00 p.m. Instead of coffee, drink a nice herbal tea, before bed. Chamomile is especially helpful in making you feel relaxed and calm before bedtime.

• Close the TV, radio and computer at least one hour before retiring. The general idea is to calm your mind before going to sleep.

• Use your bedroom for sleeping. Do not keep a TV set in that room. This should be an inner sanctuary that you associate only with calming activities.

• Decorate your room in soothing colors. This is a great place to add your own touches and make it feel like a refuge. Your bed sheets and comforter should be clean and comfortable.
